CoreTech Mechanical Limited is responsible for personal information collected through this website and our project enquiries. Our company number is 17400709 and our registered office is 47 Bassett Road, Woking, GU22 8ET, United Kingdom.

Project enquiries

When you contact us, we receive the name, email address and project information you provide. This may also include your telephone number, company, project location, drawings and specifications. Please send only information relevant to your enquiry.

We use these details to respond, discuss the scope and programme, prepare quotations and organise agreed works. Our website form asks for your consent to process the enquiry. You can withdraw that consent by contacting Tony. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, or we deliver that contract, we use information necessary for those steps. When dealing with someone on behalf of a business, we rely on our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and coordinating work. Legal obligations may require us to retain relevant transaction records.

Providing enquiry information is voluntary. We need a name, reply email and outline of the works to respond usefully. We do not add enquiry contacts to marketing lists or sell their information.

Storage and sharing

Website enquiries are handled through IONOS and our business email. Access is limited to people who need the information to deal with your enquiry or project. Hosting and email providers process information to provide these services. Relevant information may also be shared with professional advisers or where legally required.

How long we keep enquiries

We delete unsuccessful enquiry records 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless an ongoing discussion or dispute requires longer retention. Information that becomes part of a project is retained according to the contract, accounting requirements and any relevant claims or dispute period. We review retained records and remove information that is no longer needed.

Website services and your choices

This website uses IONOS MyWebsite Now. IONOS states that its core website product does not use cookies and includes SiteAnalytics for usage statistics and technical optimisation. The website’s Privacy Settings control provides information about listed services and lets you change available choices.

The current SiteAnalytics information describes browser and device details, visited pages, access times and an anonymised IP address, with processing in Germany/the EU and an eight-week retention period. See IONOS product information and the website’s Privacy Settings for details. The settings also list Google Maps and provide information and choices for that service where used.

If you follow an external link, such as WhatsApp, that provider’s privacy terms apply on its service.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information. You may withdraw consent where we rely on it.

You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Contact Tony using the details above to make a request.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We welcome the opportunity to address any concern directly first.
